Lucas Kairdolf is the CEO and President of Clarkson + Varick. Lucas is responsible for leading the vision of Clarkson + Varick to be a collective of individuals that curate a welcoming space where consultants interact with contractors and end users to pioneer and innovate. While earning his business degree, Lucas worked as a manager for a construction supplier eventually leading him to fulfill a role for a multinational elevator company. Lucas quickly founded his own elevator contracting company that required him to construct, maintain, and repair elevators while developing financial systems to grow a profitable business. After growing a successful elevator business, Lucas had the opportunity to partner with a private equity firm and take part in leading the charge for the financial integrity involved in several multi-million-dollar acquisitions to form an extremely successful roll up. As a young person, starting a business from nothing while taking risks and owning the obligations is what makes Lucas the leader and innovator that he is today.

Managing Partner

Danny is the Managing Partner at Clarkson + Varick. Danny is responsible for leading the charge for all things operations assuring that our clients receive creative solutions with unmatched guidance. As a New Jersey native and graduating as a Mechanical Engineer including a master’s in Technology and Project Management, Danny works to deliver quality products with creative execution. Danny has years of experience at a global elevator manufacturer working in R&D where he holds two international patents and later leading a companywide task force in a multi-million-dollar cost savings campaign reporting to the CEO. Danny later oversaw several internationally recognized award-winning projects at an independent elevator company as the Project Executive. After spending more than a decade working in various facets of the elevator industry, Danny knows what truly drives stand out service.
